Terms of use
Plain terms for an information site with a request form. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.
12.4.1What this site is
- An independent handbook about Century Casino & Hotel Edmonton. It is not the hotel's website and is not operated by Century Casinos, Inc.
- A room request desk. Sending the form does not create a booking or a contract for accommodation.
- An adult-oriented subject in part: the casino and the comedy club in the building are restricted to people aged 18 or over.
12.4.2Accuracy
We check facts against the sources listed on each page and give the date of the check. Hotels change hours, menus and rules without notice, so information can go out of date. Before you rely on a detail that matters to you, confirm it with the hotel or ask our desk to do so. We correct errors when we learn of them.
12.4.3Bookings
- A stay is booked only when you accept a confirmation from the hotel or a booking partner.
- The booking, payment, cancellation and house rules are between you and the hotel or that partner, under their terms.
- We may receive a commission on a confirmed stay, as described in section 11.2; it does not change the price you pay.
12.4.4Links
We link to the hotel, the operator's filings, the regulator, the City of Edmonton, the airport, Yuk Yuk's, tourism bodies, Wikipedia and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
12.4.5Use of our content
Text and illustrations on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link to the page. Please do not copy whole sections or the illustrations without asking.
12.4.6Liability
The site is provided as information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it, for the acts of the hotel or booking partners, or for interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
12.4.7Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them; the version in force is the one on this page, dated 1 November 2026.
