11.AHow the request works, in five steps
- You send the form. Name, email, dates in the format YYYY-MM-DD, number of guests, room type and anything the desk should know — a show night, an arrival time, an accessibility need.
- We read it. A person at our desk checks the request against what the hotel publishes: room types, the age rule, the comedy and concert calendar where we have it.
- We check availability and the rate. With the hotel's own booking channel or a booking partner, for your exact dates.
- We reply by email. Usually within one working day, with what is available, the rate and the conditions as they are given to us — or with a clear “no” if the dates are full.
- You decide. If you accept, the booking is completed by the hotel or the booking partner under their terms, and they take payment. We never ask for card details.
11.BWhat to put in the notes
- The show or event you are coming for, with its date.
- Your arrival window, especially after 9 pm or on a late flight.
- Accessibility needs, so the room can be checked before anything is confirmed.
- Questions the hotel does not answer online: pets, early check-in, cribs, garage height, a kettle.
- For groups: the number of rooms and whether the event is already booked with the hotel.
11.CWhat we cannot do
- We cannot hold a room without a confirmation from the hotel or a booking partner.
- We do not sell show tickets, casino services or packages; those are sold by the hotel or by Yuk Yuk's.
- We cannot promise a specific room number, floor or view; the hotel does not publish them.
- We do not handle complaints about a stay; those go to the hotel, which runs it.
11.DPrefer to book directly?
You can always book with the hotel. Its official site links to its own online booking engine, and its phone number is 780-643-4000. Booking directly costs you nothing extra and earns us nothing — we would rather you book the way you prefer.
